- Office Cleaning Manchester -
Client - Financial Services
Area - Manchester city centre.

Frequency - Four Cleaners, Eight hours cleaning per day
Problem - Our client needed a new cleaning contract set up within the next month subject to TUPE regulations. The client had an existing cleaning contract with another supplier that was due to end imminently and the client had been struggling to find a new cleaning supplier due to the quick turnaround required.
Solution - I contacted the client immediately and booked a site visit to assess the service areas and discuss the requirements of the contract. Following on from the assessment I was certain we could work with this client to provide a resolution to their issues. I composed a bespoke proposal for the client outlining their requirements and the continued service Sentrex would provide. We were awarded the contract myself and the operations team worked alongside the client and existing cleaning staff for a smoothtransition adhering to the TUPE process.
- High-level Cleaning Liverpool -
Client - Manufacturing
Services - High Level Cleaning liverpool
Frequency - Periodic
Problem - Client required high level cleaning to be carried out at their site to remove decades worth of historic dust with minimal disruption to production. They had 2 other contractors attend site to quote and were in the region of £70k - £80K and the method of cleaning involved using access equipment such as cherry picker and spider machines. This would have not only been more expensive but disruptive to the operation as the client would need to close off areas and equipment for the clean to be carried out.
Solution - Sentrex carried out a demonstration of our high level vacuum cleaning system which proved we could carry out the work and reach areas that access equipment could not. In addition we were able to provide a solution that was half the price of other contractors, could be completed in a shorter timeframe and no disruption to the operation.
- Physio Surgery Cleaning -
Client - Physiotherapy Clinic
Services - Bolton City Centre
Frequency - Four days, 8 hours pw.
Problem -Our client couldn't find regular cleaners who could work around their opening hours and provide a consistent service.
Solution - Following a site visit, we were able to asses the clinic from a health and safety perspective, in order to brief our cleaners, so that they can clean the clinic without disturbing any of the valuable equipment used in the assessment rooms. From there, we were able to work out how many hours cleaning was required each week, organise a rota around opening hours and busy periods and provide a detailed quotation for the customer.
In addition, we were able to share and explain our Health & Safety procedures to the client, to allay any concerns they may have had.
