Sentrex was founded in 2009 and our Directors & Managers have over 30 years combined experience in the industry. Sentrex provide an wide variety of services to commercial businesses across a variety of industries including Food Hygiene, Warehouse & Distribution, Education & Financial Services.

Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a talented Multi Services Manager

Our core services include daily cleaning, industrial & specialist cleaning, window cleaning, grounds maintenance services. In addition to this we also provide washroom, waste management, pest control & building maintenance solutions.

The Role

The Multi Service Manager’s role is a fast paced, varied role. One day you could be delivering a high level clean to a shopping centre façade, the next day cleaning out dust from a confined space. Having the management skills to organise and motivate your team is essential in this role, as the workload can be very demanding but also very rewarding. You will manage a team of 6 operatives in the delivery of the industrial cleaning services across the business, growing the team as required as more work comes on board. You will also oversee a team of 4 window cleaners and 4 grounds maintenance operatives as part of your role

The Person

Sentrex are ideally looking for someone who is a self-starter, can work on their own initiative and has an understanding of cleaning practices and processes. You should ideally hold an IOSH qualification as you will be writing and reviewing RAMS and ensuring your teams are working in a safe manner. A flexible approach to working is required as this is not a 9am – 5pm role. Some early morning will be required as well as occasional weekends. You will however be managing your own time and therefore early finishes are acceptable provided everything is completed for the day

The package

With a competitive salary range of £28k – £33k, per annum plus company vehicle including fuel card, breakdown cover, full servicing & maintenance, you will have the means to perform your duties to the required expectation. You will also be provided with a mobile phone and office-based PC. Company uniform is also provided including soft shell jacket in the company’s corporate workwear. To look good is to feel good after all. 28 days holiday including bank holidays plus 1 additional day per full year of employment up to a maximum of 33 days including bank holidays
